• 4 You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of 11223b or any of its affiliated entities or game providers.

• 6 You are permitted to hold only one active account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly forbidden and may result in the forfeiture of all associated balances.

11223b reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. We may also require additional identity verification documents before a new account is activated or before any withdrawal is processed.

🔒 3. Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 11223b account credentials, including your username and password. All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, allow any other person to use your account, or access another player's account. Any attempt to access the Platform through automated means, bots, scripts, or unauthorised third-party tools is strictly prohibited.

💳 4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the 11223b Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We do not accept foreign currency deposits and we do not apply currency conversion charges. The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

• 1 The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits may apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• 2 Deposits are credited to your account wallet in real time upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. 11223b is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment networks.
• 3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification requirements. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• 4 Funds deposited into your 11223b wallet may only be used on the Platform. They may not be transferred to other users or third-party accounts.
• 5 11223b reserves the right to request documentary proof of ownership for any payment method used before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure.
• 6 Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as detailed in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering conditions have been met.

• 1 All bets are final once confirmed. 11223b does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet except in the specific circumstances described in clause 5.4 below.

In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or declared void by the relevant governing body (BPL, BCCI, ICC), affected bets will be settled according to the rules in place at the time of the event.
• 3 Live casino games provided by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are governed by the rules of the respective game studio. In the event of a technical fault during a live game session, the game provider's decision on settlement is final.
• 4 In cases of obvious pricing errors, system errors, or manifest mistakes in odds or game configurations, 11223b reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the players' wallets at its sole discretion.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 11223b.

⚖️ 9. Limitation of Liability

The 11223b Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 11223b makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose of the Platform.

11223b shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from technical faults, network outages, or scheduled maintenance. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the value of your current real-money wallet balance at the time of the relevant incident.

🚫 10. Account Suspension & Termination

11223b reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• 1 Breach of any provision of these Terms or any associated policy including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
• 2 Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• 3 Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or the use of any automated betting systems.
• 4 Confirmed or suspected underage gambling (player found to be under 21 years of age).
• 5 Abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct directed at 11223b staff, support agents, or other players.
• 6 Failure to complete identity verification within the time period specified by 11223b following a verification request.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

📜 11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 11223b operates. Any formal dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation with the 11223b support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, players are required to contact 11223b support at [email protected] and allow a period of 30 calendar days for the matter to be resolved internally. 11223b aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 days.
